Basic Terms and Conditions:


All products featured are non refundable

Flowers may arrive in fully bloomed, semi-bloomed, or bud form. 

Deliveries cannot be redirected to another address once scheduled.

Flowers Bouquet / Cake images show on website is indicative of nature

Actual product may vary in design / shape as per its availability

Sometime, substitution of flowers / flowers colour is needed due to unavailability issues locally

Since products such as flowers / cakes are of perishable nature, we will attempt delivery only once, we cant redirect to another address, for more refer to our substitute policy

All products are hand delivered locally

We might call recipient to get landmark location for proper product delivery at chosen location 

All Cakes are Eggless


The order will be deemed executed and delivered in the following events:

Incorrect / Wrong address

Recipient not available at premises

Home / Office / Premises is locked

Unreachable or incorrect phone number of recipient

Recipient has all the rights to know who is the sender name, if asked

Order will be deemed executed if recipient refused to accept the products

Delivered the product at the gate / reception / neighborhood of the premises where entry to delivery executive is restricted

The products listed on our website, their descriptions, and prices are subject to change without prior notice. Real Flowers reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the sale of their products or services at any time, with or without notice.

We strive to ensure that all information on our Website is accurate and up to date. However, Real Flowers does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the products and information provided. All purchases made through the Website are subject to stock availability.

We strive to offer you the most competitive rates for our products; however, Real Flowers does not guarantee that these prices will be the lowest in your region, country, or compared to other industry players. Real Flowers reserves the right to modify or update the prices and/or other product details on the Website at its sole discretion, without prior notice. In case a product or service is listed with an incorrect price or inaccurate information due to typographical errors, pricing mistakes, or incorrect details received from our suppliers, Real Flowers reserves the right—after order acceptance—to refuse or cancel such orders, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or payment has been made. If payment has already been processed and the order is cancelled, the full amount will be refunded.

The product specifications (such as weight, size, color, etc.) shown alongside the product images are approximate and may vary slightly. Actual products may differ in appearance from the images displayed.

Slight variations may occur in flower arrangements compared to the images shown on the Website, as each arrangement is handmade. At times, substitution of flowers may be required due to temporary or regional unavailability.

Every cake we offer is handmade, and as each chef has their own unique style of baking and decorating, slight variations in design and shape may occur. At times, substitution of flavors or designs may be necessary due to temporary or regional unavailability.

In such instances, our skilled team will ensure the product delivered closely matches the description or photograph shown, substituting only with items of equal or greater value.

The message on the complimentary card may be either printed or handwritten, depending on the delivery location.

We encourage you to review and follow our care guide, available on the Website, to help maintain the quality of the cakes, plants, and flowers we deliver.



Substitution Policy

If a product you have ordered is out of stock or unavailable, we will reach out to offer you an alternative. If we are unable to contact you, we will proceed with sending the alternate product, understanding that it is intended for your loved one(s) on a special occasion, and we would not want anything to diminish the joy of the moment.


Order Cancellation Policy

Real Flowers reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason, including unforeseen circumstances such as limitations on available quantities, errors in product or pricing information, or restrictions from our credit department. Prior to cancellation, we will contact or notify you.

Same day orders / Next Day Early morning orders / Orders processed immediately cannot be modified/cancelled.. 

Very Important: If your order has not yet been prepared or dispatched, we will make every effort to modify or cancel it. However, once an order has been prepared or sent out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled or modified, and you will be charged in full.

For all other modifications or cancellations, we require at least 24 (twenty-four) hours’ advance notice.

In cases involving limited stock availability, errors in product or pricing information, or any other unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel your order. You will be notified of such cancellations via email or SMS, and any applicable refund will be processed accordingly.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Real Flowers will make every effort to deliver products to the recipient according to the delivery option chosen at the time of order. Delivery time will depend on the location provided, and while we aim to meet your selected time slot, it remains subject to circumstances beyond our control—such as delays from courier partners or transporters due to weather conditions, political disruptions, strikes, war, lockdowns, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, we will proactively contact you, so please monitor your email and SMS for updates.

Flowers may arrive in fully bloomed, semi-bloomed, or bud form. Deliveries cannot be redirected to another address once scheduled.

To avoid last-minute delays, especially before festivals or major occasions, we recommend placing your order at least five (5) days in advance.

Hand-delivered products cannot be shipped together with courier items, and may therefore reach the recipient at different times or on separate days.

Delivery of the ordered items will be attempted only once at the address provided. If the delivery is unsuccessful for any reason, the order will be deemed complete, and no re-delivery or refund will be offered.

Payment Terms & Details:

We process all our payments through Razor Pay payment gateway so all Razor Pay terms and conditions apply. There are 1-3% credit card / bank / UPI charges applicable. For international payments these charges could be even more. Please also note that cancelled reverse payment happens back to your credit card / bank / UPI as per Razor Pay terms and conditions. It could take 4-5 working days for payment to reverse. 

Order/Delivery Confirmation E-mail and SMS

After placing an order on the Website/App, you will receive an order confirmation via email and SMS, containing all order details, including your order number. You will also receive a delivery confirmation email and SMS once your order has been delivered. Please check your registered phone number and email for these updates.
